Google Workspace: Resetting Your Admin Password and Updating Recovery Info

Reset your Google Workspace admin password or update your recovery info from your Wix account.

Recovery info helps you verify your identity to get back into your account if you forget your password.

Resetting your admin password

You can reset the admin password for your Google Workspace business email at any time.

To reset your admin password:

1. Go to Business Email in your Wix account.

2. Click the More Actions icon

   

   next to the admin email.

3. Click Reset admin password.

4. Enter your new password.

5. Confirm your new password.

6. Click Reset Password.

Updating your recovery info

Add or edit the recovery info for your Google Workspace admin account so you can verify your login.

To update your recovery info:

1. Go to Business Email in your Wix account.

2. Click the More Actions icon

   

   next to the admin email.

3. Click Change recovery info.

   1. Enter your recovery email in the Recovery email field.

   2. (Optional) Enter your recovery phone number, including the country code, in the Recovery phone field.

4. Click Save.
