Wix Services: Customizing the Inquiry Services Widget
The inquiry services widget allows you to display a list of services you offer and customize their appearance. Use the settings to select which services to show, adjust their look, and align the widget with your brand. Visitors can express interest, ask questions, or inquire about services.
Adding the inquiry service widget from your editor:
Click My Business
on the left side of the editor.
Click Wix Services.
Click Add Widget.
To customize your inquiry service widget:
Click the inquiry services widget in your editor.
Click Settings.
Choose what you want to edit:
Services
Click Services.
Choose what you want to do:
Select services to show: Select the checkbox next to each service you want to show on your widget.
Add a New Service:
Click Add a new service at the bottom.
Enter the details for your new service.
Click Save.
Tip: After adding your service, make sure you select the checkbox next to it in the Services tab to display it in your widget.
Manage services: Add or edit your inquiry services.
Display
Click the Display tab.
Select the checkboxes next to the details you want to show:
Section title: The heading above your service list (e.g. 'Our Services').
Service image: The image for each service to help visitors recognize what you offer.
Service description: A summary or important details about each service.
Tip: To add an image or edit your services details, click Manage Inquiry Services at the bottom of the Display tab.
Layouts
Click the Layouts tab.
Choose what you want to adjust:
Grid layout: Display your services in a grid layout. Use the sliders to adjust cards per row, card spacing, and service details padding.
Image layout: Choose your image shape, adjust image padding, and select crop or fit for your layout.
Text layout: Set the alignment for your list title and service text.
Text
You can change the title of your inquiry service widget to anything you like, for example, 'What we offer'.
To change the text:
Click the Text tab.
Enter your new title in the Title field.
Design
Customize your inquiry service widget by editing the styles or text to match your brand and make your services stand out.
To customize the design of your widget:
Click the Design tab.
Choose what you want to edit:
Styles: Adjust widget and service backgrounds, image background and corners, plus border color and opacity.
Text: Customize the text style for your title, service name, and service description.
