Cancelling a Reservation in Wix Hotels

Important:

At any time you can cancel a reservation from your hotel calendar.

To cancel a reservation:

1. Go to your dashboard.

2. Click the Hotels tab.

3. Click the Reservations tab.

4. Click the relevant reservation on the Reservation Calendar.

5. Click the Reservation Status drop-down menu.

6. Click Cancelled.

7. Click Save.

Note:

Cancelling the reservation on your calendar will not inform the guest. Make sure to contact your guest and confirm the cancelled reservation.
