About Wix Services
Wix Services lets you showcase the services your business offers and collect client inquiries for questions or project requests. Instead of booking appointments right away, potential clients fill out a form describing what they need. This way, you can review their request and start each project with a personal conversation.
This approach is perfect for custom projects, consultations, or specialized freelance work where you want to discuss details before committing. For example, a consultant can list each service they provide and invite clients to reach out through a contact form, so every project starts with a conversation tailored to their needs.
Important:
You can add Wix Services to your site for free. To accept payments or offer scheduling, you need to upgrade your site and install Wix Bookings, even if you don’t plan to use any booking features.

How inquiry-based services work
Set up your services as a catalog on your site. Visitors review your offers and fill out a connected contact form to express interest. Forms can include a service picker so clients choose which service they want, and an optional scheduling field for consultation requests. All inquiries appear in your Wix Forms Submissions panel, where you can follow up, send proposals, and manage deals in one place.

To add services to your business:
Go to Inquiry Services in your site's dashboard.
Click + Add a New Service.
Enter your service details:
Name: Enter the service name that will appear on your site (e.g. 'Logo Design').
Description: Write a short summary of what you offer and why clients should choose this service.
Base price: Enter a price for your reference only. This won’t be displayed on your site but can be used in proposals, pay links, or invoices.

How is an inquiry-based service different from Wix Bookings?
You can offer both options on your site to let clients either book immediately or reach out for something custom.
Inquiry services: Allow clients to submit a request about your services, but no time needs to be booked and no payment is collected up front. You can follow up with clients, discuss their needs, and send an invoice or quote later. Read more about Wix Services.
Booking services: Let your clients instantly reserve and pay for a time slot, so everything is scheduled and confirmed right away. Read more about Wix Bookings.
Do I need a separate form for each service?
No, you can use one form for all your services. Add a service picker so clients select what they're interested in, and you can also add a scheduling field to let them request an intro call.
How do I follow up with new leads?
After receiving an inquiry, you can send proposals, schedule intro calls, invoice clients, or contact them through Wix Inbox, all from your dashboard.
Can I use Wix Services with invoices?
Yes, you can use invoices with Wix Services. You can also send price quotes, pay links, and proposals to offer your clients flexible ways to pay for your services.
Where do submitted leads go?
Form submissions appear in your Wix Forms Submissions panel. From there, you can view details and follow up through Wix Inbox or CRM tools.
You can connect a pipeline to your form to better manage new leads or submissions as they come in. Once you set it up, every new form response automatically creates a card in your chosen pipeline. This makes it easy to track, manage, and move submissions through each stage of your process.
