FAQs
Click a question below to learn more.
Can I search for posts in my group?
Yes. You can search for posts in your group by using the search feature. It lets you quickly find important discussions and keep track of ongoing conversations. This can help improve group engagement and make managing your group more efficient.
To search for a specific post, just go to your group page, click on the search icon, and enter keywords related to the post you're looking for.

How do I add media to posts that have already been published?
You can add media to a published post at any time from your live site. Click the More Actions icon

on the relevant post and select Edit.
How large can a group post be?
A group post can be up to 200 KB in total. This limit includes both the text in the post and any media you add.
How do I mute notifications?
You can manage your group's notifications on your live site. Click the More Actions icon

next to the name of the group page and select Notifications Settings.
Can all visitors interact with group posts?
No, only members can engage with group posts (e.g. comment, react, add media).

Why does a commenter appear as 'Anonymous' or 'Unknown member'?
This happens when a member's account has been deleted or merged with another account. Their comment stays visible, but their name no longer appears.
Can I create exclusive posts visible only to paying members?
Yes. You can monetize your group by creating exclusive content for members with active pricing plans.
For example, offer a series of post-based tutorials visible only to paying members. When people see one of these exclusive posts, they'll see an "Exclusive Post" label at the top. People who are members and have that specific pricing plan will be able to read it. If they're not members, they'll see a "Subscribe Now" button.

How can I check how many people viewed my post?
To see how many people have looked at your posts, go to any of your posts and look for the view counter, which appears next to your post. You can check for the view count in your site dashboard under Posts, your live site, and on the Wix app.
This number shows you exactly how many times people have viewed that specific post. Each time someone opens your post, the view counter goes up by one. This helps you understand which of your posts are most popular with readers.

Where are my group's photos and media stored?
Any media uploaded through a group is saved directly to your site's Media Manager. Groups don't have separate storage limits.
