Site Members: Approving a New Member

You can control who becomes a member of your site by using either automatic or manual approval for new sign-ups. Review membership requests, so that only the right people gain access.

For example, if you manage an exclusive online community, you can customize the sign-up form to gather specific details from applicants. After reviewing the submissions, you could only approve members that fit your qualifications for membership. This ensures a secure and high-quality member base.

Manually approving new site members

Manual approval allows you to review and approve membership requests, ensuring that you grant access to your site's content to relevant people. An email notification is sent to new members as soon as you approve the request.
