Site Members: About the App Pages in Your Members Area
Many Wix apps add their own page to your members area, so members can keep track of what they bought, booked, or joined in their member profile page.

Editing the pages in your members area
Each app adds its own page (or pages) to your members area when you install it, alongside the shared Profile and Account Settings pages that every members area includes by default. Edit any page from your editor to change what it shows, its colors and fonts, and the text your members read.

Understanding the pages your apps add
Each app that adds a page to your members area gives your site visitors different things to view and manage.
Wix Stores: My Orders, My Addresses, My Wallet, My Subscriptions
When you use Wix Stores, customers get pages for their orders, addresses, saved payment methods and account details:
My Orders page: View order details, status, tracking number, and download digital purchases within 30 days of buying them.
My Addresses page: Add, edit and remove addresses.
My Wallet page: Save and update credit cards.
My Subscriptions page: Check the status of a subscription and update payment method.
Wix Bookings: My Bookings
When you use Wix Bookings, clients get a My Bookings page for the sessions they booked with you. They can re-book a session without entering their details again, cancel an upcoming booking, and check the time, location and payment details of past and upcoming bookings.
Rescheduling is also available, unless the service is part of a membership plan.
Wix Events: Events
When you use Wix Events, guests who log in can see the Events page, listing the events they signed up for, both upcoming and past. They can download their tickets for ticketed events, and save their details so signing up for the next event takes less time.
Guests can also share events on social media and see who else is going, if you turn that on in the event details.
Wix Pricing Plans: My Subscriptions
When you use Wix Pricing Plans, clients get a My Subscriptions page for the plans they bought. They can track the status of a plan, see when it expires, and cancel it if you allow plan cancellation. You can rename this page and change its colors, fonts and text to match your site.
Wix Loyalty Program: My Rewards
When you use the Wix Loyalty Program, members who join your loyalty program get a My Rewards page, where they keep track of the points they've earned and the rewards they can redeem.
Wix Online Programs: My Programs
When you use Wix Online Programs, participants get a My Programs page for the programs they joined. They can open a program from this page and keep track of their progress. You can change the design and text of the page from your editor.
Wix Blog: Members, Notifications
When you use Wix Blog, readers who sign up get a Members page for your blog community. They can see who else is part of the community, follow each other, comment on other members' posts, and see other members' activity, such as likes.
Joining the community also gives members a Notifications page, where they get updates about posts, comments and likes.
Wix Groups: My Groups, Notifications
When you use Wix Groups, members get a My Groups page, alongside their own account where they manage their personal information and connect with other people through their profiles.
Joining the community also gives members a Notifications page, where they get updates about posts, comments and likes.
FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about the pages your apps add.
Do I need to add these pages myself?
No. Most apps add their pages to your members area when you install the app. If a page is missing, you can add it from the Pages panel in your editor.
Can members see each other's pages?
Some. Private pages, such as My Orders and My Bookings, only show each member their own information. Public pages, such as the Profile page and the blog Members page, are visible to other members. You can also check which members area pages are private or public by default.
What happens to orders a customer placed before signing up?
They aren't listed. Only orders placed after a customer becomes a member appear on their My Orders page.
Does Wix Chat add its own page to my members area?
Members chat lets your logged-in members message each other and start group chats, on top of chatting with you. It doesn't add its own members area page.
To use it, you need a members area and one of the social apps (Wix Blog or Wix Groups), and at least one member needs to join the community when signing up. Wix Chat is no longer available to install on new sites.
Does File Share add its own page to my members area?
Files and Favorites appear inside the Profile page rather than as their own members area page. Each member also gets a My Favorites tab for the files and folders they marked, and those favorites stay private.
The File Share app comes with a members area already added. Members can open another member's profile and click Files to see what that member uploaded. Only people who joined the community can see those uploads.
Does Wix Restaurants add its own page to my members area?
It doesn't add its own page, it uses the address, account and wallet pages that Wix Stores adds. Guests who log in can see their upcoming reservations and their order details there.
Can I edit Members Area pages in the Wix app?
Editing your members area pages isn't available from the Wix app. Edit your site's pages from the Wix Editor, Studio Editor or Harmony Editor instead.
