Wix Analytics Pro: An Overview
Analytics Pro is an AI assistant that analyzes your site data. Ask a question in your own words and get back an answer, with a chart when relevant. You can save your charts to Analytics Pro dashboards that track the numbers you care about.
Ask Analytics Pro about your site data and use it to build your customized dashboards. For anything else, ask Aria in your site's dashboard.
Before you begin:
You need an upgraded site to use Analytics Pro.
Go to Analytics Pro in your site's dashboard to get started.
Analyze any part of your site data
Ask about traffic, sales, blog performance, bookings, staff performance, or anything else related to how your site is doing. You get an answer in plain language, whether you ask for a simple lookup or a complex, multi-part analysis.
Broad questions work as well as specific ones. Keep it general, or narrow it down when you want to.
You aren't limited to a fixed set of reports. You can compare metrics, break results down by segment, and ask follow-up questions to go deeper. A chart appears whenever it makes the answer clearer. You can also ask for one at any time.
In your chat, ask for a different chart type, date range, or filter to change how a chart looks.

Build dashboards to track what matters
Create and edit your dashboards in the Dashboards area. You can also save a chart from any chat to an existing or a new dashboard.
Track any data your site collects. Change the date range for a single chart, or for every chart at once. Your changes are saved.
Dashboards stay up to date with your site data. A fixed date range keeps showing the same period. A range like the last 30 days moves forward with time.
Work with your full site history
Your data goes back to the day you created your site. Compare last week to last year, or track a trend across several years.
Your answers come from the same data as your Wix Analytics reports.

Why don't the numbers in Analytics Pro match my reports?
In Analytics Pro, AI writes the query behind each answer, so the results can differ slightly. The AI may group the data another way, label fields differently, or apply different filters. If you know the exact field you need, ask for it by name.
Why does Analytics Pro mention a metric I don't recognize?
Analytics Pro uses information beyond your site data. For example, it knows the holiday calendar and can factor in holidays when your sales shift with the seasons. It may also relate to a field in your reports that the AI has given a similar name.
Can Analytics Pro tell me what caused a change in site performance?
Yes. You get patterns, trends, and likely causes, and you can ask follow-up questions to dig deeper. Look further into anything that affects a business decision before you act on it.
Can I download or copy a chart or a chat?
Yes. In your chat, click Copy image under a chart to copy it, or click Download to save the chart as a CSV, PNG, or SVG file. To download the chat itself, ask in the chat — you can get it as a PDF, Excel (.xlsx), CSV, HTML, or Markdown (.md) file.
How do I rename, reorder, or delete a dashboard?
Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant dashboard under Dashboards on the left. Click Rename to rename it, or Delete and then confirm to remove it. To reorder your dashboards, drag and drop them in the list.
