Wix Analytics: Customizing Analytics Reports
Customize our pre-built reports so they show the info you need, in the format that works best for you. A clear view of your data helps you gain meaningful insights about your business and make data-driven decisions as a result.
When you open a report, you'll see data visualizations such as bar charts or line charts at the top of the page, with a detailed table view right below.

Customizing your view
Tailor the view to your specific needs by adjusting the report's time period, filtering with advanced metrics, adding columns, and more. For example, filter sales reports to see orders placed online in the last quarter or add columns in traffic reports to get more details on visitors' session length.
Note:
Some views limit the amount of data shown and how far back it goes. If you can't get to the data you need, use the table view below the chart.

Can I reset a report?
You can return to the report's default view to remove all changes and return to the way the data was initially presented.
Table view: Select the Default view from the drop-down in a report.

Why are some columns or filters missing when I customize my report?
This is usually caused by an ad blocker browser extension. Ad blockers can prevent certain metrics from loading, so some options may not appear in the Customize or Filter dropdowns.
To fix this, pause or disable your ad blocker for the Wix dashboard, then refresh the page. The missing options should appear.
Can I share Analytics reports with my team?
By default, pre-built Analytics reports are visible to all site collaborators with permission to view Analytics data.
You can check which permissions each role has in your site dashboard.
Go to Roles & Permissions in your site's dashboard.
Click Manage Roles.
Hover over the role you want to check and click View / Edit.
Scroll down and click Analytics. If View Site Analytics is checked, that means they have permission.

Can I share a report view that I created?
No, report views are only visible to yourself.
Is there a limit of how many rows can be displayed in Wix Analytics table reports?
The limit of rows for the table report view in your site's dashboard is 1500 rows. If you download a report, the limit of rows in the file is 5000 rows.
How does grouping by week or month affect the way my data is displayed for Bookings reports?
When grouping by week, all session dates are displayed as the first day of the week (e.g. Sunday or Monday). The first day of the week is determined by your location and site settings.
When grouping by month, all session dates are displayed as the first day of the selected month. For example, sessions from October appear as October 1st.
