Wix POS Register: Selecting a Card Reader

Using your card reader, you can accept payment by credit card, debit card, or by phone app.

There are a number of readers available. All readers support all magstripe and EMV payment functions, and you can use them to accept new forms of payment, such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa payWave, Mastercard Contactless, AMEX ExpressPay and Discover D-PAS.

Stripe Reader M2 (Available in the US)

This card reader, which comes in white, is currently available for purchase for merchants located in the US. It connects to your tablet through Bluetooth.

This card reader is available for purchase for merchants located in Canada or in the UK. It connects to your tablet through Bluetooth.

Wix POS Go (Available in the US, Canada and UK)

The Wix POS Go card reader is available for purchase for merchants in the US, Canada, or UK. This card reader connects to your tablet through WiFi and can process both card and cash payments.

You can also choose to use this device on its own. With its color touchscreen, you can browse your Wix Stores catalog, add items to your cart, and complete the sale. Your inventory will automatically sync across all your devices after a sale.
